Your customer portal is your one-stop shop for everything related to your booking. It's like a digital assistant that gives you quick and easy access to important information.
Here’s what you can do in your portal:
- View your booking details
- Sign a waiver
- Reschedule your booking (if enabled by the business)
- Leave a review
- Find answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs)
- Watch safety videos
- Meeting location (if applicable)
- And a countdown clock
You’ll find details about your booking including the start time, date, and any need-to-know information. You can even view your QR ticket right there.
You can easily access your customer portal through the confirmation page you saw after booking, or from the email or text message you received.
Example:
If you previously did or did not check the box when booking to receive text messages, this can also be updated to your preference at any time within the customer portal.
Accessing the Customer Portal
There are 3 ways you can view the portal. These may differ per partner prefrence.
Widget Confirmation
You will see a link to the customer portal in the booking flow configuration display. This is on for all products by default.
Texting
If the partner has enabled the ability to text the customer portal link in their automated confirmation text messages and/or reminder text messages and you have selected the approval to receive texts. You may be able to access it there.
And lastly email, which is the most popular option and is usually within your confirmation email.
View My Receipt
You will now be able to select, "View my receipt" in your customer portal. This is a transaction receipt and will display once funds have been taken.
