Peek offers two different products that customers may encounter while booking an activity:
1. Peek.com – a website where customers browse and book experiences.
2. Peek Pro – booking software used by tour, rental, and activity providers on their own websites. Thousands of businesses across the globe use Peek Pro as a tool for their businesses!
This article explains how to tell which one you used when making a booking—and what that means for your confirmation emails and support options.
How to Tell Whether Your Booking Used Peek Pro
If you booked directly on a provider’s website:
You clicked a button like “Book Now”, “Reserve”, or “Check Availability” directly on their website, not on Peek.com.
This is a Peek Pro checkout experience.
When a business uses Peek Pro, you will see: “Powered by Peek” with the Peek Pro logo usually in the upper corner of their checkout widget.
This is the easiest way to confirm a Peek Pro booking.
If you remember seeing the business’s website branding during checkout (colors, logo, header), you were most likely on Peek Pro.
