What is Peek Protect?

Peek Protect is an exclusive product that offers booking protection for qualified products such as rentals and activities when you book with a participating partner.

For participating partners, when you checkout, you will have the option to purchase booking protection from Peek Protect for a small fee for eligible products (rentals & activities). If purchased, this will allow you to cancel your booking at any time before their activity and receive a refund.

Please note that Peek Protect solely covers the purchase cost and is not related to any insurance related to the partner, activity, or equipment.

Example of a Peek Protect Confirmation Email

Canceling a booking covered by Peek Protect will be done via web form. This web form is provided by Spot and linked in the confirmation email. 

Spot support is working with Peek to ensure turnaround time on these cancellations and processes. 

Please note that Peek Protected bookings are refunded by Spot Insurance.
