Peek Protect refund requests must be submitted through the unique refund link included in the booking confirmation email you received from the experience provider. This link takes you to a secure online application process managed by Protect Group.
What You’ll Need
When you open the Peek Protect refund form, you may be asked to provide:
Your booking reference number (often starts with O-XXXXX)
The email used at checkout
Documentation supporting your cancellation reason. The full list of covered reasons is detailed in the Peek Protect Terms here.
Important to note:
You may submit a request before your activity or up to 60 days after the activity date.
Neither the business nor Peek Support can submit a Peek Protect refund request on your behalf.
If you simply need to reschedule or edit the booking, contact the experience provider directly. Their contact information will be listed within the booking confirmation email.

What the Refund Application Process Looks Like
Once you open your Peek Protect refund link, you’ll be guided through several quick steps:
Step 1 — Contact & Booking Details: Enter your contact information and booking details to begin the application.
Step 2 — Select Your Refund Reason: Choose the reason for your cancellation from a list of covered qualifying events.
Step 3 — Upload Supporting Evidence (if required): You may be asked to upload documentation to support your reason. If evidence is missing, you’ll receive an email reminding you to complete your submission.
Step 4 — Enter Payment Details: Approved refunds are issued directly to your bank account, so you will be asked to provide your bank details. Credit or debit card refunds are not supported.
Step 5 — Confirm & Submit: Review your information, accept the terms, and submit your application. After you submit, you’ll see an on-screen confirmation and you will receive a confirmation email.

Application Review & Payout
Your request is reviewed using a combination of automated and manual review.
Most approvals occur within a few hours, and you’ll receive email updates about your application status and payout.
If your reason is not covered under Peek Protect (for example, booking the wrong date or changing your mind), please contact the experience provider directly for assistance.
Where to Find Your Peek Protect Refund Link
All Peek Protect refund requests must be submitted through the unique refund link included in the booking confirmation email you received from the experience provider.
This link opens a secure Peek Protect form where you can:
Submit your cancellation request
Upload documentation
Track the status of your claim
Businesses and Peek Pro Support cannot submit these claims for you — Peek Protect refunds are reviewed and processed directly by the protection provider Protect Group.
Look for an email from the experience provider containing:
Your booking details
Any required instructions
A section titled “Enhanced Refund Protection"
If you can’t find the email:
Check your Spam/Junk folder
Search for the provider name or your booking date
If needed, contact the provider and ask them to resend your confirmation email.
