What Peek Protect Looks Like When Booking

If Peek Protect is available for your booking, you’ll see the option to add it during checkout before you complete your payment. This allows you to decide whether you want additional flexibility for your reservation.

What Peek Protect Covers

Peek Protect may provide a refund if you cannot attend your experience due to a qualifying disruption, including:

• Illness or injury

• Pregnancy complications

• Family emergencies

• Severe weather alerts

• Other covered disruptions

When You Should Use Peek Protect

Peek Protect is intended for situations where you must cancel your booking due to a qualifying, unexpected issue.

If you simply need to reschedule or edit the booking, contact the experience provider directly. Rescheduling does not require using Peek Protect, and if the provider approves your change, your coverage will automatically carry over to your new date.

Use Peek Protect only when you intend to cancel and request a refund.

How Peek Protect Refunds Are Handled

Peek Protect refund requests are not processed by the business or by Peek.com Support.

All refunds are submitted through the secure Peek Protect link included in your booking confirmation email. This link takes you to the form where you can submit your request and any required documentation.
