New GDPR Standards
GDPR stands for General Data Protection Regulation. It is a comprehensive data protection and privacy regulation that was enacted by the European Union (EU) in May 2018. GDPR is designed to give individuals greater control over their personal data and to harmonize data protection laws across EU member states.
In a nutshell, GDPR means that marketing to European citizens is now an opt-in activity. This means that European customers must actively consent to hear from a business or be tracked.
If you are wanting to have your personal data removed from our system, please email trust@peek.com to request that it be removed from our system.
