How To Find Your Peek Confirmation Email
After booking, look for an email with the subject line Your Booking Confirmation. It will be sent from consumersupport@peek.com
If you don’t see it right away, search your inbox using keywords like:
Peek
Your Booking Confirmation
The name of your activity
Your booking date
Be sure to check your:
Spam
Junk
Promotions
Trash
Sometimes confirmation emails are filtered automatically.
How To Download Your Voucher
Open the Your Booking Confirmation email.
Locate the Download Voucher link.
Select Download Voucher to open your voucher.
Your voucher will open with your experience details.
What If My Confirmation Email Does Not Include A Voucher?
If you opened your confirmation email and do not see a Download Voucher link, that is okay.
Some bookings do not include a voucher. In those cases, your experience details and contact information are usually included in a separate confirmation email from the activity provider.
Search your inbox for:
The name of the activity provider
The name of your activity
The date of your booking
Be sure to check your spam, junk, promotions, and trash folders.
If you still cannot find your experience details and you were charged, email consumersupport@peek.com and our team will take a closer look.
What Information Is Included On Your Voucher?
At the top of your voucher, you’ll find:
Activity provider name
Booking reference number
Date and time
Traveler information
Scroll down to view:
Meeting point or pickup location
Check-in instructions
Directions or arrival details
Additional information about your experience
How To Contact The Experience Provider
Within the Voucher further down, look for the Help & Support or Activity Provider section.
This area may include:
Provider phone number
Provider email
Other contact details for the business hosting your experience
Contact the activity provider directly if you have questions about:
Meeting location
Check-in instructions
Timing
Rescheduling
Late arrival
Activity-specific details
They run the experience and can provide the most accurate information.

Start by searching your inbox for Your Booking Confirmation and check your spam, junk, promotions, and trash folders. If you still can’t find it, contact consumersupport@peek.com for help.
I was charged but don’t see an email. What should I do?
If you see a legitimate charge but cannot find your confirmation email after checking all folders, email consumersupport@peek.com so we can look into your booking.
