Are you needing to get in contact with the tour or activity operator you booked with?
- Our first recommendation is to search your email for correspondence from the partner.
- The vast majority of businesses have automatic confirmation emails that are sent out the moment you book. These will usually contain vital information for your booking including the business name and contact information.
- Searching terms like, "confirmed", "Receipt email", "Your Activity" or the date you booked for can help surface the email. Always check in your All Mail box just in case it was accidentally deleted.
To verify your pickup location or the location of the business please check your email. You can also contact the business directly to request further information about the location.
If you are still unable to find the business name of the tour or activity operator you booked with, feel free to reach out to the Peek Partner Support team.
- Please include either the booking ID (if available), the name the booking is under, the email address used to book with, or the last 4 digits of the card that was used to book.
Please note that we are not direct employees of the business you originally booked with and are just the software provider, so it can be difficult for us to answer your question with total confidence and accuracy.
- We will attempt to get you in contact with the business and provide their contact details as they will be best equipped to answer specific questions pertaining to your booking and their business. We also recommend sending them a new and direct email with any of your questions.
