How do I access information from my old Peek Pro account?
If you are needing access to information stored within your Peek account but no longer use Peek, you will need to reach out to Peek's Partner Support team for assistance. They can pull any reports or booking information from your old account and share it with you. Please remember that you will need to verify an email that was used to log into your Peek account when you were still active.
In order to reach Partner Support you can email them at support@peek.com or you can chat with Partner Support by clicking on the Help chat bubble in the bottom right corner within our partner HelpDesk (https://help.peek.com/hc/en-us). Their hours are as follows Mon - Fri 8 am to 11 pm; Saturday 9 am to 8 pm; Sunday 10 am to 8 pm (All Times are Eastern Time).
What if I need to refund a customer but no longer use Peek?
If you have already received the payment for the customer's booking you are welcome to refund them outside of Peek Pro. If you received payment but want to refund through Peek Pro you will need to reach out to Peek's Partner Support team so that they can assist you with the steps needed to make the refund.
