What to Bring to Your Interaction With Support
Your login email and business name.
For security purposes, your businesses name and the email you use to log into your Peek account are needed. Depending on your permissions within your Peek account, sensitive information and account changes that affect payout information, payment reporting, and account changes regarding employees may be denied to you.
If this is regarding a potential bug in the system, please provide as much information as possible about the issue you are experiencing.
Most helpful bug reports we receive include:
- A short description of the bug and its impact.
- Timeline of issue -- When did you first notice the issue occurring?
- What exactly were you trying to do when you noticed the issue?
- What did you click on?
- Have you seen this happen more than once?
- The steps you or a customer saw to recognize or reproduce the issue.
- Screenshots of what you’re seeing or any other surrounding evidence.
- Even if it doesn’t seem obviously related to the bug at hand

For mobile app bugs, it's helpful to record a quick video of the app and an explanation of the issue.

Updating or Changing Bank Info
If you are needing to make any changes, updates, or new info needing to be made behind Configuration > Payout accounts.
This includes
- Editing a payout current payout method
- Updating your bank records info
- (contact email, phone number, name, company name, address)
- Changing the payment method
- (Direct deposit/ACH, Wire, Check, Paypal, hold payments)
- Editing or adding a payment threshold
- Editing or updating bank info
- (account name, bank name, routing code, account number, account type)
- Editing or updating tax forms
- W-8BEN - for non-US individuals
- W-8BEN-E - for non-US corporations
- W9 - for US individuals/entities
- Other
You will need to be an admin on the account and give support your account pin that will generate when you click “Edit Payout Method”. You will give this code to support and based on your account verification you will be given the access code needed to make any of the changes above.
Please note: Updated bank information will take 24 hours to go into effect.
